Venue:
REIFEN CHINA and CHINA RUBBERTECH are being held simultaneously at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The SNIEC is China`s leading exhibition centre. It has a modern infrastructure based on international standards. One special feature is the excellent, easliy accessible location and the single storey column-free hall design. The SNIEC has nine halls with a total of 103,500 sq.m. of exhibition area as well as 100,000 sq.m. outdoor area. |

Tuesday, November 23rd, 2010, 9 a.m. to Wednesday, November 24th, 2010, 6 p.m.
Paid space unclaimed or abandoned by 4 p.m. on November 24th, 2010 may be reassigned by the organizer.
The stands must be completed by 6 p.m. on November 24th, 2010 at which time the organizer shall inspect them. | |
| Dismantling dates: |
Friday, November 27th, 2010, from 3.30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
If the exhibitor fails to remove his exhibits within the set time, the organizer will remove the property at the expense of the exhibitor. All exhibition sites must be restored to their original condition. | |
| Space rentals: |
The following rental has been set per square metre of floor space:
Section A: 197,- EUR
Section B: 142,- EUR
Section C: 81,- EUR
Minimum stand space: 18 sq.m
The Standard system stand incl. stand space per square metre amounts:
Section A: 237,- EUR
Section B: 178,- EUR
Section C: 120,- EUR
Minimum stand space: 9 sq.m
A 9 sq.m Package Stand includes basic fittings of:
Partitions, carpeted floor, fascia board with company name in Chinese and English, two spotlights, one information counter, one meeting table, four folding chairs, one waste paper basket, one 13 Amp/220V single phase socket.
New:
It is possible to order an extended version of the standard system stand incl. stand space with a cabin and a printed 4 colour logo at the front desk. The amount per square metre will be:
Section A: 253,- EUR
Section B: 193,- EUR
Section C: 132,- EUR
